Derek Anderson – Managing Member

Derek has 27 years in accounting, finance and treasury experience.  His early career focused on large publicly traded international manufacturing and homebuilding companies including; Johns Manville, Richmond American Homes and DR Horton.

In recent roles Derek has cultivated high potential/high growth privately held companies looking to monetize their investment through acquisition.

Derek has a BA in Economics and Environmental Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder as well as an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder – Leeds Business School.   Derek is an active member of COCPA and FENG.

Derek has been married to his college sweetheart for 30 years and they have two boys.  He enjoys hiking, biking and volunteer work.

Jean Anderson – Managing Member

Jean graduated from CU Boulder in 1990 with a BA in English Literature and has grown to become an experienced leader who strives to enrich her community by creating meaningful and productive connections and experiences. Her skills and experience include: operations management; sales; entrepreneurship; customer relationship management, and sales management. She is currently pursuing her MA in Information Learning Technology with a focus on Adult Education/Instructional Media Design from the University of Colorado Denver.

Mitch Anderson – Senior Director of Technology

Mitch graduated from CU Boulder in 2016 with a BA in English Literature. He overcame all odds and found a career in IT. He is a seasoned systems administrator and die-hard DIY IT proponent. He loves taking on the hard work for True West’s clients and delivering a polished, easy-to-use product.
